Civil War over something that people have been mislead about. Insurance over state lines is covered under the interstate commerce clause and therefor regulated by the government. It does not infringe on the 10th amendment rights of the states. Massachusetts already has a mandate to buy insurance.
The fears of the people have been co-opted by the establishment to be exploited for more money and attempts to regain the power that they lost. When this inflammatory rhetoric causes someone to get hurt, rue the day the propaganda broadcasters who serve as the "Voice of Fate" realizes the consequences of their words.

John Lewis (D-G.A.), a hero of the civil rights movement, was called a ‘ni–er.’ And Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) was called a “faggot,” as protestors shouted at him with deliberately lisp-y screams.
